UIDBUY Spreadsheet: source links and variants
One record per source and selection
Use the original marketplace item ID where available. A title can change, so it is a weaker identity than an item ID or stable source URL. Keep the exact variant in its own field. When you revisit an existing source, update its record rather than treating a renamed title as a new find.
Keep a price observation useful
Enter the observed seller price in CNY and save the date. Do not mix item price, international shipping and an estimated total in the same column. Reopen the source before ordering because a spreadsheet observation does not confirm current stock or a current checkout amount.
Work with the downloadable template
Download the blank CSV template, then fill only the columns you can support with a source. The online workbook starts empty. Save a row and export CSV to keep your own copy. Exports contain your entered information; review the file before sharing it with someone else.
Recover a missing source
If a link stops working, preserve the old item ID and note the failure date. A similar photo on another listing is not proof that it is the same seller or item. Keep a replacement as a separate researched source until you have checked its variant and details.
Continue with the official platform
